The
DEL series provides 120W, 150W, 400W and 960W with expandable
capability. Various modes of operation are available. Dynamic
loading capability and multiple loads in one unit eliminates need
to buy several loads.
Bus operation as a part of ATE is possible by installing one of
the following optional communication ports. |
Option
1 : RS232C
Through comprehensive set of commands these units can be operated
through RS232C port. |
Option
2 : IEEE488
All front panel capabilities are made available over IEEE-488 bus.
The loads support full Talker and Listener functions.
Interface Capability : SH1, AH1, T6, TEO, LH, LEO, SR1, RL2,
PPO, DC1, DTO, LO, E1.
IEEE Commands : DCL, UNT, UNL, SDC, SPE, SPD.
Bus Signals : IFC, REN, SRQ, ATN.
Programmable Parameters : Current Resistance, Voltage Power,
Dynamic, Readback Current and Voltage.
Programmable SRQ mask SRQ available on syntax error, thermal trip. |
Option
2 : SPIB
This bus system of DEL provides useful capabilities of IEEE-488
using the computer’s RS232 port. Several instruments can
be connected on this bus without changing the hardware inside
the computer. all front panel controls can be emulated by simple
commands. |
